Mangi Lal Vishnoi, an Indian Railway Service of Electrical Engineers (IRSEE) officer currently serving as the Additional Divisional Railway Manager (ADRM), Central Railway (CR), Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus (CSMT), has been appointed on deputation as the Chief General Manager (Electrical) at IRCON International Limited, Mumbai, for a period of three years.
