Arvind Kumar Rajak, an officer of the Indian Railway Traffic Service (IRTS), has been transferred from East Central Railway (ECR) to West Central Railway (WCR) and posted as the Principal Chief Commercial Manager (PCCM), where he will oversee passenger ticketing, freight booking, and revenue realization for the zone.
