Anand Singh, an officer of the Indian Railway Service of Electrical Engineers (IRSEE), has been transferred from his current posting in North Central Railway (NCR) to the Research Designs & Standards Organisation (RDSO), where he has been appointed as Executive Director (SE), RDSO, a senior leadership role responsible for electrical engineering standards and design research.
