The Punjab government has issued new postings for three IPS officers as part of a recent administrative reshuffle: Surinderjit Singh Mand has been posted as Deputy Inspector General (DIG) of Prisons; Kanwaldeep Singh takes over as Assistant Inspector General (AIG) Crime in the Bureau of Investigation (BoI), Chandigarh; and Parambir Singh Parmar has been appointed as AIG Law & Order-II, Chandigarh.
