The Government of India has approved the extension of the tenure of Arun Kumar Singh as Chairman of Oil & Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC), the largest crude oil and natural gas Maharatna company in India, for a period of one year, effective from December 7, 2025; this decision allows Mr. Singh to continue leading the crucial PSU, as his previous term was set to conclude on December 6, 2025.
