In a comprehensive administrative overhaul, the Government of Odisha has reassigned eight IAS officers to key leadership positions. The reshuffle is highlighted by the appointment of Deoranjan Kumar Singh as the new Development Commissioner, the state’s second-highest bureaucratic post. Additionally, the critical Home Department has been placed under the additional charge of Hemant Sharma.
