In a significant high-level move within the AGMUT (Arunachal Pradesh-Goa-Mizoram and Union Territory) cadre, Mr. Anand Mohan, a seasoned 1994-batch IPS officer, has been transferred from his position as the Director General of Police (DGP) of Arunachal Pradesh to Delhi.
