In a significant addition to the state’s higher judiciary, Advocate Siddhartha Sah has been appointed as an Additional Judge of the Uttarakhand High Court. The appointment, formally cleared by the President of India following the recommendation of the Supreme Court Collegium, aims to strengthen the bench and expedite the disposal of pending cases. Justice Sah brings years of legal expertise from his practice at the bar to the hallowed halls of the Nainital-based court.
