In a significant bureaucratic move, the post of Mr. Bakki Karthikeyan has been upgraded to the level of Director. He currently serves as the Private Secretary (PS) to Union Minister G. Kishan Reddy. A 2012-batch IAS officer of the Madhya Pradesh (MP) cadre, Karthikeyan’s elevation reflects his growing responsibilities within the Ministry and the central government’s trust in his administrative capabilities. This upgrade allows him to function at a higher seniority level while continuing his core duties in the Minister’s personal office.
