Telangana Government Executes Major IPS Rejig: 20 Officers Shifted to Key Zones and New Commissionerates

In a significant administrative overhaul, the Telangana Government has transferred 20 IPS officers, reshaping the leadership of the Hyderabad, Cyberabad, and Malkajgiri Commissionerates. A highlight of this reshuffle is the staffing of the newly formed Future City Commissionerate and the appointment of Sadhana Rashmi Perumal as the Commissioner of Police (CP) for Siddipet. High-ranking officials like Tafseer Iqbal and Ms. N. Swetha have been moved to crucial Law and Order ranges, while several zones within Hyderabad City have received new Deputy Commissioners of Police (DCPs).

• Ms. Rakshitha K. Murthy: DCP, Secunderabad Zone.

• Khare Kiran Prabhakar: DCP, Charminar Zone.

• Ms. K. Shilpavalli: DCP, Khairatabad Zone.

• S. Sreenivas: DCP, Rajendranagar Zone.

• G. Chandra Mohan: DCP, Golconda Zone.

• A. Ramana Reddy: DCP, Jubilee Hills Zone.

• B. Rajesh: Retained as DCP, Shamshabad Zone (Under newly created structure).
