Deen Bandhu Singh, currently serving as the Development Commissioner of the FALTA Special Economic Zone (FSEZ), has been assigned the additional charge of Development Commissioner for another jurisdiction (or a specified term) effective until May 8, 2026. A seasoned officer of the Central Secretariat Service (CSS), Mr. Singh is responsible for overseeing trade facilitation, industrial growth, and regulatory compliance within the SEZ. This extension of responsibility underscores the government’s trust in his administrative capabilities to drive export performance and investment in the region.
