Mr. Raj Kumar, a 2012-batch Indian Ordnance Factories Service (IOFS) officer, has been appointed as Deputy General Manager (DGM) at the Director level in the Tribal Cooperative Marketing Development Federation of India (TRIFED). He will lead the Ranchi office, overseeing the Bihar-Jharkhand region. The appointment is on a deputation basis, marking a transition from his specialized technical background in ordnance manufacturing to the strategic socio-economic empowerment of tribal communities through marketing and retail initiatives.
