NEW DELHI (Feb 7, 2026) – Nand Gopal Khaitan, a prominent legal expert and Senior Partner at Khaitan & Co, has been appointed as an Additional Independent Director of JK Tyre & Industries Limited.
The appointment was approved by the Board of Directors during their meeting on February 6, 2026, and is set to take effect from February 9, 2026, for a tenure of five consecutive years.
