NEW DELHI — The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved the empanelment of senior Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer Manish Kumar Gupta for Secretary-equivalent positions within the Central Government.
Gupta is a 1991-batch officer belonging to the Arunachal Pradesh-Goa-Mizoram-Union Territory (AGMUT) cadre.
