Mrs Usha Rani Kanteti has been appointed as an Additional Director of AJEL Limited, effective November 20, 2025; her appointment, which is subject to the approval of the members in the general meeting, fills the vacancy caused by the resignation of Mr. Sai Chaitanya and is expected to strengthen the board.
