Aseem Dhru, the founding leader who steered SBFC Finance Limited through its transformative journey and successful public listing, has ceased to be the Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer (MD & CEO) of the company. This transition marks the end of his executive tenure at the helm of the NBFC. However, he will continue to be associated with the organization in a Non-Executive capacity, ensuring a smooth transition of leadership to the newly designated MD & CEO, Mahesh Dayani. Dhru is credited with building SBFC into a powerhouse for MSME lending and establishing its robust risk management framework.
