BENGALURU: Bangalore International Airport Limited (BIAL), the operator of Kempegowda International Airport, has appointed Kishen Ramaswamy as its new General Manager – Head, Brand Experience & Marketing.
In his new role, Ramaswamy will lead BIAL’s overarching brand strategy, integrated marketing campaigns, passenger experience storytelling, and consumer engagement initiatives as the airport continues to expand its international hub footprint.
A Proven Track Record in Aviation Rebranding
Ramaswamy joins BIAL following a highly successful leadership stint at Air India Express. As their Head of Brand & Marketing, he was a key architect behind the complex post-merger brand integration that followed the Tata Group’s consolidation of AirAsia India and Air India Express.
Notably, he was instrumental in conceptualizing and launching the airline’s flagship “Xplore More, Xpress More” brand identity system.
