Capital India Finance Limited (CIFL) has announced the re-appointment of Keshav Porwal as the Managing Director (MD) for a further term of three years, effective from November 27, 2025; Porwal, a Chartered Accountant and industry veteran with over two decades of experience in the finance and real estate sector, was re-appointed following approval from both the Board and the company’s shareholders.
