BANGKOK — Senior Indian Postal Service (IPoS) officer Dr. Vinaya Prakash Singh has secured a second consecutive four-year term as Secretary-General of the Asian-Pacific Postal Union (APPU), extending his multilateral mandate through 2030.
The election took place at the 14th APPU Congress in Bangkok on September 4, 2026, where Dr. Singh was re-elected unopposed by acclamation across all 32 member states.
