NEW DELHI — In an official executive directive, Indian Railway Traffic Service (IRTS) officer Dr. Zenia Gupta has been transferred from her current regional assignment to the Railway Board in the national capital.
Dr. Gupta, who has been serving on the strength of the Western Railway (WR) zone, will formally take up her new central assignment as Director, Coaching Operations.
