AHMEDABAD — Healthcare major Eris Lifesciences Limited has announced the induction of veteran private equity leader Akhil Awasthi as an Additional Director designated in a Non-Executive, Independent capacity.
The board approved the key governance appointment via circular resolution on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Awasthi’s five-year term will officially begin on September 26, 2026, pending regular shareholder ratification.
