DETROIT: Ford Motor Company’s Global Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), Lisa Materazzo, has announced her decision to step down from her role, effective June 1, 2026.
Materazzo shared the update via a LinkedIn post, concluding a three-year tenure marked by significant brand restructuring during a highly volatile and transformative phase for the global automotive industry.

“After an incredible 3 years at Ford, I’ve made the decision to step away from my role as Global CMO effective June 1st and begin a new chapter,” Materazzo wrote, reflecting on her time leading the marketing team during one of the industry’s most dynamic eras.
