SAL Steel Limited has announced a comprehensive overhaul of its Board of Directors following its acquisition by Sree Metaliks Limited. As part of this transition, Mr. Hiren S. Mahadevia has been appointed as an Additional Director (designated as Non-Executive Independent Director) for a term of five years, effective December 23, 2025. Mr. Mahadevia, a veteran finance and legal professional, joins the board alongside the new promoter-representatives from Sree Metaliks. This leadership change follows the successful conclusion of an open offer where Sree Metaliks sought to acquire a controlling stake in the Ahmedabad-based steel manufacturer.
