In a significant leadership transition, Ms. Sandhya Venugopal Sharma, a senior Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer, has been appointed as the Chairperson and Additional Director of Titan Company Limited. Her appointment is set to take effect from January 4, 2026. Ms. Sharma, who brings extensive experience from various high-level administrative and governmental roles, will succeed the outgoing Chairperson. Her induction into the board of the Tata Group-led lifestyle powerhouse is expected to strengthen the synergy between corporate strategy and regulatory frameworks during Titan’s next phase of global and domestic expansion.
