NEW DELHI — In a notable administrative shift within India’s foreign tax outpost networks, the central government has cleared the premature repatriation of Mr. Dharm Singh Meena, who has been serving as the First Secretary in the Income Tax Overseas Unit (ITOU) at the Embassy of India in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Meena, an empanelled civil servant belonging to the 2013 batch of the Indian Revenue Service (IRS – Income Tax), is being recalled to his parent cadre under the Ministry of Finance ahead of his scheduled tenure completion.
