Mrs. Manju Bagga has resigned from her position as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director on the Board of Simplex Realty Limited, effective December 22, 2025. Her resignation follows her prestigious appointment as the Insurance Ombudsman by the Council for Insurance Ombudsman. Mrs. Bagga served on the board as a nominee of the Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC). The company has confirmed that there are no other material reasons for her departure beyond her new professional commitment.
