NEW DELHI — The Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) has officially approved the appointment of two senior Indian Police Service (IPS) officers—Vivek Raj Singh and Vikram M. Khalate—as Deputy Director Generals (DDG) in the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB).
