NEW DELHI — The Ministry of External Affairs has officially appointed senior Indian Foreign Service officer Chinmoy Naik (IFS: 2004) as the next High Commissioner of India to the Co-operative Republic of Guyana.
Naik, who brings over two decades of diplomatic experience, is expected to take up the assignment shortly as India seeks to expand its strategic and economic footprint in the Caribbean region.
