TIL Limited, a leading provider of infrastructure and material handling equipment, has announced the appointment of Mr. Vijay Singh Chauhan as a Non-Executive Independent Director. The appointment was approved by the Board of Directors during their meeting on December 22, 2025. Mr. Chauhan, a former high-ranking civil servant and fiscal policy expert, has been appointed for a five-year term. His induction is expected to bolster the company’s strategic oversight, particularly as TIL expands its footprint in the defence and infrastructure sectors under its new ownership.
