MUMBAI — Leading Leasing Finance and Investment Company Limited has announced the dual appointment of Satish Sahadev Kalmaste as its Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer, effective October 8, 2026.
The decision was approved by the Board of Directors following the resignation of outgoing MD and CFO Ketankumar Shivabhai Gosai, who stepped down citing professional commitments.
