LUCKNOW — Marking the conclusion of a distinguished 31-year career in public safety and law enforcement, senior Indian Police Service (IPS) officer Ashok Mutha Jain has officially retired from active service in the Uttar Pradesh Police cadre.
A member of the 1995 IPS batch, Jain last served as Director General of Emergency Services, capping off a career that combined critical field commands with senior executive roles across the state’s policing infrastructure.
