Spandana Sphoorty Financial Limited has appointed Venkatesh Krishnan, a highly accomplished Chartered Accountant with 34 years of experience in the financial services sector, as its Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer (MD & CEO) for a three-year term, effective from November 27, 2025 to November 26, 2028; Krishnan previously headed the Microfinance division at HDFC Bank since 2018 and has held senior roles at HSBC and L&T Insurance.
