NEW DELHI – Sukhleen Aneja has resigned from her role as Senior Vice President and Business Head for Kay Beauty at Nykaa to take the helm as the Chief Executive Officer of Pure Home and Living.
Aneja, a seasoned marketing and sales leader with over two decades of experience, joins the premium home décor brand at a time of significant growth in the Indian home and lifestyle sector. In her new role, she will be responsible for overseeing the company’s strategy, retail expansion, and omnichannel operations.

Aneja’s career is marked by leadership roles at several Fortune 500 companies and high-growth startups:

Nykaa (2024–2026): As the head of Kay Beauty, she successfully expanded the brand’s footprint, including its strategic global debut in the UK and UAE markets in 2025.

Good Glamm Group (2021–2024): Served as CEO of Brands, where she was instrumental in scaling and integrating D2C labels like MyGlamm, Sirona, and The Moms Co.

Global Giants: Her foundation includes extensive stints at Hindustan Unilever, L’Oréal, and Reckitt, where she managed major portfolios across the beauty and consumer goods segments.

Commenting on her new appointment, Aneja noted that the home and décor category in India is at an “exciting inflection point.”
“I look forward to building systems and frameworks where AI strengthens editorial judgment and helps us tell better stories,” Aneja said, emphasizing her intent to enhance the consumer experience and product development at Pure Home and Living.
