MUMBAI — Global digital infrastructure provider Tata Communications Limited has designated Ridhi Sood as the organization’s Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, with her official term set to commence on November 1, 2026.
Sood will lead the telecom giant’s corporate secretarial functions and statutory compliance mandates, steering regulatory alignment across domestic and international operations.
