KOLKATA — Defence sector PSU Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers Limited (GRSE) has announced the appointment of Dharminder Kumar as a Part-Time Non-Official Director (Independent Director) on its Board of Directors.
The strategic appointment strengthens the corporate governance framework of the Miniratna Category-I shipbuilder as it scales up naval manufacturing and commercial shipbuilding projects.
