NEW DELHI — In a major move to scale up its digital ecosystem, leading media conglomerate Times Network has appointed OneXtel Communication Media Pvt. Ltd. (a subsidiary of OneXtel Ltd.) as its Strategic Alliance Partner for digital Intellectual Properties (IPs) across India.
