A qualified Chartered Accountant, Jhanwar commands more than 14 years of specialized experience spanning corporate legal compliance, the Companies Act, SEBI regulatory frameworks, and governance-level secretarial standards.
His addition to the board expands VGIL’s internal audit rigor, legal compliance mechanisms, and strategic regulatory alignment across its ongoing real estate and infrastructure development projects.
