MUMBAI — Friction and engineering solutions provider Hindustan Composites Limited has named Vinay Sarin as its Chief Executive Officer, effective November 6, 2026.
In preparation for his operational transition, Sarin resigned from his position as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director on the board, effective November 5, 2026. Furthermore, the Board of Directors has recommended his appointment as Whole-Time Director—holding the designation of Executive Director and CEO—for a three-year term set to begin on December 21, 2026.
The restructuring transitions Sarin from non-executive oversight directly to head day-to-day operations and executive leadership across the enterprise.
