NEW DELHI — In a notable central deputation, 2015-batch IAS officer Himanshu Khurana has been appointed as Deputy Secretary in the Cabinet Secretariat based in New Delhi.
His tenure has been approved under the Central Staffing Scheme (CSS) for a total duration of four years, commencing from the date he formally takes charge of the assignment.
In his new role within the apex executive body, Khurana will assist in high-level administrative coordination, policy formulation monitoring, and inter-ministerial liaison at the Union government level.
