NEW DELHI — In a prominent operational transition within the communications ministry, senior Junior Administrative Grade (JAG) officer Siddharth Kumar has formally joined the Department of Telecommunications (DoT) Headquarters in New Delhi.
The posting follows his transfer from the North East Licensed Service Area (NE LSA), where the Indian Telecommunication Service (ITS) officer oversaw regional spectrum compliance, network monitoring, and telecom governance. In his new role at DoT headquarters, Kumar will assist in steering core telecom policies, strategic infrastructure management, and regulatory coordination at the national level.
