MUMBAI – Aris International Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. Santosh Babarao Hambare as an Additional Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, effective February 5, 2026.
The appointment was approved during a Board of Directors meeting held on Thursday, following recommendations from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
Alongside Mr. Hambare, the company also appointed an Independent Director to bolster its governance:
