MUMBAI – Unichem Laboratories Limited has announced the appointment of Dr. (Ms.) Swati Patankar as a Non-Executive Independent Director, effective February 5, 2026. The appointment is for a term of five consecutive years, ending February 4, 2031, subject to shareholder approval.
The decision was finalized during a Board meeting held on Thursday, coinciding with the company’s Q3 FY26 financial results.
