PUNE (Feb 9, 2026) – Clean Science and Technology Limited has announced that Prof. Ganapati Dadasaheb Yadav has ceased to be a Non-Executive Independent Director of the company. The transition, effective from the close of business hours on February 5, 2026, follows the successful completion of his designated term.
Prof. Yadav, a Padma Shri awardee and former Vice Chancellor of the Institute of Chemical Technology (ICT), Mumbai, is a globally recognized figure in green chemistry and catalysis.
