MUMBAI (Feb 10, 2026) – The Board of Directors of RIR Power Electronics Limited (formerly Ruttonsha International Rectifier Ltd.) has announced the appointment of Shri N. Ramesh Kumar Narsinghbhan as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (MD & CEO).
His appointment is effective from February 11, 2026, for a tenure of four consecutive years, ending February 10, 2030.
