NEW DELHI (Feb 13, 2026) — The Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas (MoPNG) has formally appointed Deepak Gupta as the new Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of GAIL (India) Limited.
Currently serving as the Director (Projects), Gupta will take over the top post on March 1, 2026. He succeeds the incumbent, Sandeep Kumar Gupta, who is set to retire on February 28, 2026, upon reaching superannuation.
