CHENNAI (February 13, 2026) — The Board of Directors of Panasonic Carbon India Company Limited has approved the re-appointment of R. Senthil Kumar as the Managing Director for a further period of one year.
The decision was finalized during a board meeting on February 12, 2026, following recommendations from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. The new term is set to commence on April 1, 2026, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
