KOCHI (Feb 13, 2026) — In a major leadership restructuring, the Board of Directors of Eastern Treads Limited has appointed Navas Meeran as the Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of the company.
The decision was finalized during a board meeting on February 12, 2026, where the company also declared a significant financial turnaround for the third quarter. Navas Meeran, who was previously the Non-Executive Chairman, will now take on executive responsibilities to lead the company’s next phase of growth.
