MUMBAI (Feb 14, 2026) — The Board of Directors of The Bombay Burmah Trading Corporation Limited (BBTCL) has officially approved the re-appointment of Ness N. Wadia as the company’s Managing Director.
The decision was finalized during a board meeting on February 13, 2026, following recommendations from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. His new five-year term will commence on April 1, 2026, and extend through March 31, 2031.
