AHMEDABAD (Feb 16, 2026) — Following a major board meeting on Saturday, SAL Steel Limited has announced the re-designation of Kaustubh Agarwal as Additional Managing Director, moving up from his previous role as Additional Whole Time Director. The appointment is effective retrospectively from December 23, 2025, for a three-year term, pending shareholder approval.
