NEW DELHI — JK Tyre & Industries Limited, a pioneer of radial tire technology in India, has announced that Shreekant Somany has stepped down from its Board of Directors. His departure follows the successful completion of his second consecutive term as an Independent Director, effective March 16, 2026.
